Florida Pool Builder Check is an independent directory published by Sabr Software. Florida publishes every construction licence it issues and, separately, the board's final discipline actions. We put the two together for pool and spa contractors so homeowners can check a builder before they sign.

We build listings from public records and verify what we can against official sources. We are not affiliated with any agency or with the businesses listed.
